Order Policies


Payment Methods:
At this time, our on-line store is closed for winter.  If you are interested in placing an order, please email us at orders@tffds.com. 

Shipping:
We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders!  Orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service within 2 - 3 working days. Most packages will be received within 7 - 10 days of ordering via the USPS. We currently ship only to the United States.  If you would like to order a pair, and live outside the US, please send us an email at orders@tffds.com.

Returns:
If you are unhappy with your order, it may be returned for a refund within 3 weeks of order date, unworn and unwashed.  The customer will pay for return shipping. Once we receive the returned item and approve the return, we will issue a credit for the amount of the merchandise. This will occur no more than 20 days after receiving the merchandise. Please write your reason for return on the receipt that shipped with your product and include it in your return.

In the event that your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@tffds.com. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

Backorders:
Although we try very hard to stay current with our inventory, occasionally we may have something on Backorder.  If we are unable to ship your order within 3 days, we will contact you for either a full refund, or a new ship date.

Sales Tax:

All orders shipped to California will be charged 7.25% sales tax.

Special Orders:
If you don't see your size, or would like a particular style in a different color, please let us know. We will be happy to arrange for a Special Order.

Bulk Purchase Options:
Just let us know what you need and we’ll be happy to price a package for you.

Privacy Policy:
Any personal information submitted to The Flip Flop Design Shop is used only for the fulfillment of product orders, and is not sold, shared, traded, or transmitted for any other purposes.
