The Flip Flop Design Shop is an online retail store specializing in customized flip flops for any individual style. You choose the style, the color and the accessory for the flip flop of your choice – we do the rest! Do you offer overseas shipping? TOP
Currently we are only shipping in the United States. Can I return my custom flip flops? TOP
If you are unhappy with your order, it may be returned for a refund
within 3 weeks of the order date, unworn and unwashed. The customer will
pay for return shipping. Once we receive the returned item and approve
the return, we will issue a credit for the amount of the merchandise.
This will occur no more than 20 days after receiving the merchandise.
Please write your reason for return on the receipt that shipped with
your product and include it in your return.
In the event that
your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@tffds.com. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of
merchandise. Can the kids flip flops be customized with any of the stylings? TOP
Of course! We offer a few specialty accessories chosen specifically for our younger customers, but all the customization options are available for all styles of flip flops. How does the pricing work? TOP
All prices on the site reflect the cost of the accessory and the flip flop. In other words, we do not sell the stylings and/or flip flops separately. Why customize flip flops? TOP

How you customize it, however, is what sets you apart from every other flip flop wearer. Do you offer any bulk purchase options? TOP
Not only do we offer customized bulk purchases, but we offer an array of specialty accessories (above and beyond what is currently featured in our design studio) ideal for such special events as graduations, bridal events, birthday parties, holidays, family reunions, corporate retreats, anniversaries, and many, many more. Just let us know what you need and we’d be happy to “customize” a package for you. Can I request a special size that you don’t offer on your site? TOP
We try to provide a wide range of size options, but if you’re looking for a specific size you don’t see on our site, let us know. We’re happy to assist with special sizing requests when we can.
Can I request a certain kind of styling? TOP
Absolutely. We love to hear from our customers and would be delighted to learn about specific accessory ideas for our flip flops. How do I know your flip flops really are comfortable without trying them on first? TOP
